Returns Policy

At Cherie Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can create a return and send back your purchase within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns Guidelines:
・All items should be returned new and unused, with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.

・Any box, thank you cards, dust bags, and tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned.

・Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

・Customers are responsible for paying the return delivery fee.

Non-Returnable Items:
Pierced Earrings: We cannot accept returns of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items: Merchandise purchased at a discount, may not be returned or exchanged.

Customized Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that were customized to order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
・Contact us to notify us of your intention to return the item.

・Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any provided boxes, thank you cards, dust bags, and tags.

・Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain proof of postage for your records.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return guidelines, we will process your refund within 10 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Damaged/Faulty Goods:
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days. If the fault occurs within 2 months, you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.
